Slow Start - S01

Hana Ichinose is a 17-year-old high school student who is shy, insecure, and nervous about starting at a new school after moving. Making things harder, she’s a "slow start"-having missed a year-and feels uneasy about being older than her classmates. On her first day, her teacher mentions it’s her birthday, which catches the attention of three classmates: Tamate Momochi, a confident and outgoing girl; Kanmuri Sengoku, a quiet and petite student; and Eiko Tokura, who is pretty and well-liked. Seeing this as an opportunity to connect, Hana begins forming friendships with them, setting the stage for meaningful relationships that will shape her life.
