Fifteen years after the demon lord's defeat, the world enjoys peace. Sixteen-year-old Kotone Kazairo, a freshly graduated mage, arrives in the royal capital of Actus-Dali-to start a new life. Looking for a place to live, she visits Rent Plan Guide (RPG),a real estate agency staffed by the practical priest Rufuria, the rough-and-tumble warrior Rakira, and the sweet demihuman Fa. As it turns out, Kotone is assigned to work at RPG Real Estate and quickly begins learning the ropes.
