Restaurant to Another World
In a quiet shopping street near the office district, there’s a multi-tenant building with a restaurant on its first basement level. The place, called "Western Cuisine Nekoya," has been around for years and is marked by a sign with a cat’s picture. On weekdays, it seems like any ordinary eatery, but Saturdays are different-the restaurant opens in secret for a very special clientele. During these hours, doors from another world appear, welcoming customers of all kinds, from different races and cultures.
