Pupipo!

Himeji Wakaba is a fifth-grader who can see things others can't-mostly scary evil spirits that harm those around her. Because of this, she has no friends and hardly ever smiles. Sometimes she tries to bring stray animals home, but her parents always refuse. Concerned about their lonely, unsettling daughter, they finally promise to let her keep whatever she brings home next. What she brings home isn't an animal-it's a pink creature named "Pupipo." True to their word, her parents allow it to stay. Nobody knows exactly what Pupipo is, but it keeps the other spirits away from Wakaba. With Pupipo's help, she befriends a new student fascinated by the occult and even stands up to bullies. For the first time, Wakaba's life feels brighter-all thanks to her strange pink companion.
