Puella Magi Madoka Magica - S01

Madoka Kaname and Sayaka Miki are ordinary middle school students living ordinary lives-until they meet Kyuubey, a strange cat-like creature, and Homura Akemi, a mysterious new transfer student. Kyuubey makes them an offer: he will grant any wish they desire, but in return, they must become magical girls, gaining the power to chase their dreams. Yet Homura, who is already a magical girl, warns them against accepting, hinting that there’s more to this bargain than meets the eye. "Mahou Shoujo Madoka★Magica" explores hope, despair, and the bonds of friendship as it delves into the harsh realities of being a magical girl and the sacrifices required to make a wish come true.
