Platinum End - S01

Mirai Kakehashi has known nothing but suffering since losing his family in an explosion. The relatives who took him in only added to his misery, tormenting him until his will to live faded entirely. Broken and desperate, he finally steps to the edge of a cliff, ready to end it all-but instead of dying, he slips into a strange vision. There, he meets Nasse, a winged being who calls herself his guardian angel. She grants him two extraordinary abilities and persuades him to keep living. For the first time, Mirai feels a glimmer of hope. His newfound powers give him a taste of freedom he thought was lost forever. But this fragile hope comes with a price: he’s thrust into a deadly competition with twelve others, all vying to become the next God. Where once he wished for death, now Mirai clings fiercely to this slim chance at happiness, determined not to let it slip away.
