Paranoia Agent

In Musashino, Tokyo, a young elementary school student is terrorizing the streets with random attacks. Dubbed "Lil Slugger" by the public, the boy remains a mystery-none of his victims can remember his face, leaving only three clues: golden inline skates, a baseball cap, and a bent golden baseball bat as his weapon. Detectives Ikari and Maniwa take on the case, determined to stop the elusive assailant before he strikes again.
