Two years have passed since the devastating "Continent's Dropping" from the first OVA. Yumemi still remembers her ability to see the world above, but now, as she nears the end of middle school, exams and everyday life demand her attention. Unbeknownst to most, Akuto-the world above-still exists, though war continues to tear it apart. Desperate for aid, Gaz sends Munto back to Earth to seek the "Girl of Destiny" and prevent Heaven's collapse. Once again, Yumemi must face the hidden world only she can perceive, and this time, not even her friends Ichiko and Suzune can guide her.
