One Piece - S05
While fleeing from the Marines, the crew discovers an island where a man named Zenny lives among a herd of goats. They reach out to him in what appears to be his final days. After escaping the Marines again, they take shelter in a small town dominated by a towering structure. The town suffers under the rule of a mayor who burdens the people with heavy taxes. But a greater threat looms-a mysterious mist nearby that traps anyone who dares to enter.
