Nerima Daikon Brothers - S01

In the town of Nerima, lively Hideki and his quiet brother Ichiro work on their daikon radish farm alongside their cheerful but self-absorbed cousin, Mako. The three share a dream: to earn enough money to build their own concert hall, where their band, the Nerima Daikon Brothers, can perform and maybe even hit it big. But between the farm and Ichiro’s host club gig, their savings aren’t growing fast enough, so they keep turning to shady moneymaking schemes. Their usual plan involves hunting down criminals and swiping their stolen cash. While they often stop the bad guys, they somehow never end up any richer. Still, neither their constant failures nor the meddling of police officer Yukika Karakuri can crush their ambition. With gadgets borrowed from rental shop owner Nabeshin, the trio stumbles into-and out of-one absurd mess after another, all while belting out songs and cracking jokes along the way.
