Moeyo Ken TV - S01
In an alternate Meiji-era Japan, a boy named Sakamoto Ryunosuke returns to Kyoto from Shanghai with his youkai companion, Nekomaru. Under the law, youkai can only live freely among humans if they are licensed. The Kidou Shinsengumi Co. Ltd. enforces this by hunting unlicensed youkai, but they face opposition from the Tsubamegumi, who despise the new regulations. Unknown to many, Ryunosuke is actually the son of the Shinsengumi's owner.
