In the year C.E. 75, the conflict still rages on. Rebel factions push for independence, while the extremist group Blue Cosmos escalates its aggression. Hoping to stabilize the chaos, a worldwide peacekeeping organization named COMPASS is formed, with Lacus as its inaugural leader. Kira and his allies, now part of COMPASS, step into regional conflicts to mediate. But when a new nation called Foundation proposes a combined strike against a Blue Cosmos stronghold, the stakes grow even higher.
