In the year U.C. 0097, a year after the discovery of "Laplace's Box," little has changed in the world despite the Universal Century Charter's acknowledgment of Newtypes and their rights. The so-called "Laplace Incident" seemed to end with the defeat of the Neo Zeon remnants, the Sleeves. During the final battle, two psycho-frame mobile suits-a white unicorn and a black lion-revealed unimaginable power. To erase the threat from public memory, they were sealed away and should have faded into obscurity. Yet now, the RX-0 Unicorn Gundam 03, missing for two years, is returning to the Earth Sphere. A golden phoenix... known as Phenex.
