Mad Bull 34

Young police officer Daizaburo "Eddie" Ban is assigned to New York's 34th precinct, where he's partnered with John Estes-nicknamed "Sleepy" by friends and "Mad Bull" by everyone else. Mad Bull has a reputation for solving crimes through brutal, unorthodox methods that often land him in hot water with the precinct and frustrate his partner, Daizaburo. But no matter how reckless his actions seem, Mad Bull always has a justification for his behavior. Together, the two work to clean up the streets of New York, each in their own way.
