Love Kome: We Love Rice - S02

In this story, rice (called "kome" in Japanese) is personified as high school boys. They attend Kokuritsu Inaho Academy-a playful name combining "national school" with "rice ear"-where five new rice-themed students aim to dethrone bread as the school’s favorite grain. Calling themselves the "Love Rice" unit, they prepare for the "Harvest Show," hoping to win people over with the delicious charm of rice. It’s a lighthearted and earnest comedy about rediscovering the value of rice, often called Japan’s soul food.
