Life Lessons with Uramichi Oniisan - S01

In the studio of the morning kids' show "Together with Mama," a weary team of adults puts on their best fake smiles and cheerful personas to entertain a group of innocent preschoolers. Among them is Uramichi Omota, a former gymnast who can't resist shattering the illusion by bluntly revealing the bleak truths of adulthood-even while the cameras are rolling. Off-camera, Uramichi's attempts to find some quiet are constantly interrupted by his two irritating juniors, the show's rabbit and bear mascot singers: Utano Tadano, a woman desperate to settle down, and Iketeru Daga, a good-looking guy with a crude sense of humor. Between smoking, working out, and his occasional nihilistic rants, Uramichi-the kids' unofficial "big brother"-always finds a way to slip in his own cynical life lessons.
