Libra of Nil Admirari - S01

The Taishou era, instead of lasting just 15 years, continued for another 25. To save her declining family, a young woman agrees to marry a man whose name she doesn’t even know. But just before the wedding, her younger brother mysteriously sets himself on fire and dies, clutching an old book. When the confused girl is approached by the "Imperial Library Intelligence Asset Management Bureau" - known as "Fukurou" - she learns of "Maremono," books that deeply influence their readers. Worse, after her brother’s death, she gains the unexplained ability to see "Auras," the emotions of these books, which appear as glowing lights invisible to most people. It feels as if fate is pulling her into its fire. Despite her fears, she steps out of her sheltered life. Jealousy, hatred, scorn, compassion, and love await her - but so does the imperial capital’s hidden darkness, already weaving a web of betrayal. Lost and tossed by that darkness, will she uncover the truth, or...?
