KOWLOON GENERIC ROMANCE - S01

The Second Kowloon Walled City, with its dim streetlights, damp alleys, and bustling crowds, carries a strange charm for its residents-a nostalgic warmth, even amid the grime that lingers from its razed predecessor. Among the fading walls of this beloved place lives Reiko Kujirai, a 32-year-old realtor quietly in love with her younger coworker, Hajime Kudou. Despite their differences, they share an easy camaraderie, exploring the city’s quirks together. Then everything unravels when Kudou, groggy and half-asleep, kisses Kujirai-as if returning feelings she’s never voiced. But when he admits he thought she was someone else, Kujirai is pulled into a chain of events that drags her toward a past she can’t recall.
