Kino's Journey - S01

Kino, a fifteen-year-old traveler, befriends Hermes, a talking motorcycle. The two roam from place to place, never quite knowing what awaits them-but that’s part of the journey, after all. As they explore different lands, they witness all sorts of customs, some unsettling, others heartbreaking or intriguing. The people they meet live in countless ways: some for work, some for others’ happiness, some for their own dreams. In each country, there’s something to learn from how people choose to live. Kino and Hermes don’t judge whether these ways are right or wrong. They’re just observers, passing through without interfering, no matter how strange or harsh the world may seem. Because in the end, they believe things are as they should be-and that "the world is not beautiful; therefore, it is."
