Kannagi: Crazy Shrine Maidens - S01

As a boy hunting for bugs, Jin Mikuriya once crossed paths with a deity-an encounter that later inspired his latest artwork, "The Tree Spirit." When he tries to bring the wooden statue to school, expecting a day of admiring his creation, the sculpture suddenly pulls in the surrounding earth and bursts open, revealing a cheerful girl named Nagi. She claims to be a guardian of the land and insists Jin must help her purge the "impurities" corrupting the earth. But with her tree destroyed and her powers gone, Nagi is left with only a magical wand to fight the corruption. Now bound together, Jin and Nagi navigate their unusual partnership, learning about each other through their chaotic, everyday adventures.
