Kanamemo - S01
かなめも
Middle schooler Kana Nakamachi's life takes a sharp turn after her grandmother dies, leaving her without a home. With no one willing to take her in due to her age, she eventually finds shelter with the Fuhshin Gazette, a local newspaper delivery service that offers her a place to stay in exchange for work. The shop is run by a quirky group: Yume Kitaoka and her girlfriend Yuuki Minami, who has a sweet tooth; the thrifty Hinata Azuma; the often-drunk Haruka Nishida; and Saki Amano, who’s young but surprisingly mature. Life at the Fuhshin Gazette isn’t easy-Kana faces exhausting hours, overenthusiastic dogs protecting mailboxes, and tricky delivery routes. To make things more complicated, she butts heads with Mika Kujiin, a girl from a rival paper delivery shop. Between work and rivalry, Kana has her hands full.
