JoJo's Bizarre Adventure - S01

"Kishibe Rohan wa Ugokanai" adapts several one-shot stories from the manga "JoJo no Kimyou na Bouken," focusing on the strange experiences of Rohan Kishibe as he seeks inspiration for his work. "Fugou Mura" Rohan joins his manga editor, Kyouka Izumi, on a trip to a mysterious village where she intends to buy a house. Izumi explains that villagers suddenly gain wealth at age 25 after purchasing a home. Since she’s 25 herself, she’s eager to move in and invites Rohan along for potential story ideas. When they enter a house to interview the seller, they’re met by a servant named Ikkyuu, who subjects them to a lethal test of manners. "Mutsukabezaka" Rohan meets his editor, Minoru Kagamari, to talk about his manga and the six mountains Kagamari recently bought. Kagamari explains he purchased them to search for a legendary spirit called the Mutsukabezaka. To justify his quest, he shares the story of Naoko Osato, a rich heiress who killed her boyfriend and was cursed by the spirit. "Zangenshitsu" Rohan takes a break from his manga and vacations in Venice. While visiting a church, he inspects the structure of a confessional. After stepping into the priest’s side, he hears a man enter and begin confessing. The man describes his encounter with a starving beggar and the eerie events that unfolded afterward. "The Run" Youma Hashimoto is a rapidly rising male model whose obsession with his looks and physique grows alongside his fame. After meeting Rohan at the gym, the two develop a rivalry that drives Youma to train even harder. Soon, his fixation spirals out of control, overshadowing everything else in his life. He challenges Rohan to a deadly treadmill race, pushing himself to a dangerous extreme.
