Idoly Pride - S01

The VENUS Program is an impartial idol ranking system that relies on AI and data analysis to score candidates based on multiple factors. The annual VENUS Grand Prix uses these algorithms to determine the next rising stars in the idol world. Among all participants, none have shone as brightly as Mana Nagase-until a tragic accident abruptly ends her career during the finals. Years after Mana’s death, Kouhei Makino, her former manager, is still working at Hoshimi Productions. Hoping to assemble a new idol team, he holds auditions. To his surprise, one applicant is Kotono Nagase, Mana’s younger sister, who is determined to honor her sister’s legacy with guidance from Mana’s old mentor. Another candidate, Sakura Kawasaki, stands out due to her uncanny vocal resemblance to Mana. Both Kotono and Sakura pass the audition, joining eight other hopefuls. Living together in a shared dorm, the ten girls train and learn what it truly means to work as a team. Bound by their shared ambition, they push forward through the cutthroat idol industry, striving to reach the top.
