Idol Incidents - S01

Japan is struggling with deep-rooted problems-widening income gaps, worsening pollution, unresolved waste disposal, endless childcare shortages, and constant political corruption. The government, tangled in selfish interests, seems powerless to fix any of it. With the country stuck in despair, a new hope emerges: idols stepping up to lead the way. Seven idol-led political parties-the Heroine Party, Sunlight Party, Starlight Party, Bishoujo Party, Wakaba Party, Subculture New Party, and SOS Party-have taken seats in the National Diet and prefectural assemblies. These idol politicians vow to break through Japan's stagnation with the power of music and performance, restoring joy to the people and wrapping the nation in a sparkling new energy.
