Masahiro Setagawa is a timid teenager who gets pushed around by local bullies, forced to run errands for them. With no one to stand up for him, he’s resigned to his miserable fate-until he crosses paths with Kousuke Ooshiba, a feared figure known as the "Bear Killer" for dismantling gang operations. A year later, Masahiro and his old friend Kensuke Ooshiba start high school, only to discover that Kousuke is their new math teacher. As the three grow closer, Masahiro begins to idolize Kousuke as his savior, while Kousuke feels a fierce need to shield him. But their quiet routine is disrupted when Asaya Hasekura, Kensuke’s childhood friend, returns with unexpected feelings for him. Now, the trio must navigate tangled emotions and shifting bonds.
