Hamtaro: The Captive Princess
Lately, Hamtaro has been having a strange dream where a beautiful hamster princess tearfully begs for help. He can't shake the memory of her, even when awake. One winter day, Laura tells Hamtaro that her family is visiting her father's hometown. When Hamtaro shares the news with his friends, Maxwell digs out an old hamster history book called the Ham-Ham source book. The book mentions a hamster homeland called the "Hamja Kingdom." Following the book's instructions, the Ham-Hams build a sand castle and recite a spell, which whisks them away to the kingdom. There, they meet the beloved King Hamja, the familiar Mini-Hams from Ham-Ham Land, and jar spirits known as Mo-Hams. A lively parade begins, full of singing and dancing-but the celebration is ruined when the evil magic cat Sabakunya appears, riding a giant sheep monster named Mee Mee, and starts destroying the town. The Ham-Hams escape underground, where they learn the kingdom's plight: Sabakunya has kidnapped the king's daughter, Princess Shera, and plans to force her into marriage on Founding Day to seize control of the kingdom. Suddenly, Hamtaro realizes-Princess Shera is the very same princess from his dreams! Determined to save her, he and the Ham-Hams sneak into Sabakunya's castle, facing one danger after another. During the chaos, Hamtaro is separated from the others as Sabakunya's henchmen chase him.
