Summer has settled in by late June, and Tomohiro Izumi, known to himself and others as a quiet introvert, expects another uneventful day tucked away in his classroom corner-until everything changes. "Congratulations! You've been chosen as the next student council president!" In a sudden academy lottery, Tomohiro's absurd luck lands him the role. Thrust into the spotlight, he becomes the subject of school gossip with no escape. Forced to adapt, he turns to his advisor to recruit allies he can trust. But there's a problem: none of the suggested candidates-classmate Kano, underclassman Asumi, or even his little sister Hiyori-are showing up to school. To make matters worse, the elusive former president, Shio, suddenly reappears. Is this destiny, or was it inevitable from the start? The unpredictable clashes of the "Random Lottery Student Council President" are just beginning.
