Ground Control to Psychoelectric Girl - S01

Makoto Niwa keeps careful track of every good and bad experience of his youth, as if scoring his own life. When his parents move abroad, he relocates to a new town to live with his aunt, eager for a fresh start. But as ordinary as he expected his teenage years to be, he never imagined he had a mysterious long-lost cousin. Upon arriving at his aunt’s house, he meets Erio Touwa. Though the same age as Makoto, she’s nothing like him-Erio spends her days wrapped in a futon instead of going to school and insists she’s an alien. Her odd speech and behavior shatter any hope of the normal life Makoto wanted. As he encounters more peculiar girls in town, Makoto worries his youth might end up with more downs than ups. But he soon learns that an unusual adolescence might just be the most exciting one of all.
