The pleasure district of Yoshiwara falls under the sway of "Aizen Kou," a forbidden incense that forces people to fall in love with the first person they see after inhaling it. Though the powerful love drug was believed to have vanished from Yoshiwara long ago, it has mysteriously resurfaced, ensnaring the entire district in its grip. Among its victims is Tsukuyo, the stern captain of the Hyakka. After breathing in the smoke, she locks eyes with Gintoki Sakata, the reckless leader of the Yorozuya. Unknown to others, she already harbored feelings for him-now amplified by the incense. Struggling against its effects, Tsukuyo must join forces with the Yorozuya to break the drug’s hold and restore Yoshiwara to normal.
