Gatchaman Crowds - S02

One day, a massive UFO appears over Japan and crashes into farmland near Nagaoka, throwing Tsubasa Misudachi’s quiet life into turmoil. As the Gatchaman-Tachikawa City’s legendary protectors-oversee the situation, a harmless alien creature emerges from the wreckage. Amid the confusion, Tsubasa receives a high-tech device called a NOTE from Gatchaman founder J.J. Robinson, marking their unexpected induction into the group. Guided by fellow hero Hajime Ichinose, Tsubasa starts adapting to their new role as a guardian of justice. At the same time, CROWDS technology, which lets users materialize their thoughts into physical forms, is growing in popularity, even gaining support from Prime Minister Sugayama. But a shadowy group called VAPE has begun using rare red CROWDS to cause destruction, turning public sentiment against the technology. Now, the Gatchaman, with Tsubasa at their side, must stop VAPE’s rampage before it spirals out of control.
