As his school days near their end, Yuuki Wakura feels uncertain about his future. While dreading the thought of an ordinary life, he suddenly gets pulled into Mato-a parallel world teeming with deadly creatures known as Shuuki. Over the years, after Mato’s existence was confirmed, cases of people accidentally stumbling into this other world have grown common. To fight the Shuuki and rescue victims like Yuuki, the all-female Demon Defense Force was formed. Its members wield powers granted by "Peaches," supernatural fruits from Mato that only work on women. Yuuki’s situation looks hopeless until Kyouka Uzen, leader of the Demon Defense Force’s seventh unit, saves him just in time. Though Kyouka is a skilled fighter, her Peach ability, called Slave, has always held her back. Slave lets her control living beings and draw out their strength, but the Shuuki she enslaved before were all too weak to be useful. When a swarm of Shuuki surrounds them, Kyouka tries something new-using Slave on a man. To her shock, Yuuki’s enslaved form is far stronger than she expected. Convinced he could help her reach her full potential, Kyouka offers Yuuki a place in the Demon Defense Force-though not as an ordinary member.
