Casshern Sins - S01
In a far-off future, Earth lies in ruins, and humanity has vanished. The only beings left are sentient robots, built to last forever-until Luna died, triggering something called the Ruin. Now their bodies are rusting away, and there’s no way to stop it. With nothing left but the inevitability of death, the robots cling to a desperate rumor: if they devour Casshern, they might live forever. Casshern remembers nothing-not his origins, his purpose, or even what he truly is. But he has no choice: if he doesn’t uncover the truth, he’ll spend his life hunted by robots desperate to escape their fate. Death follows him everywhere, yet he must confront it if he hopes to understand the world’s grim reality.
