Bubblegum Crisis - S01

In 2032, seven years after the Second Great Kanto Earthquake left Tokyo in ruins, the city has been rebuilt as MegaTokyo-largely through the efforts of robotic creatures called "Boomers." Originally designed to serve humanity, these machines have since been weaponized by the shadowy corporation Genom, which now produces deadly Boomers capable of mimicking human form. To combat the rising wave of Boomer-related crimes, the AD Police was formed-but they struggle to keep up with the sheer number of incidents and the overwhelming power of their mechanical foes. The only real resistance comes from the Knight Sabers, a vigilante team equipped with cutting-edge powersuits far beyond military tech. Led by Sylia Stingray and joined by Priscilla "Priss" Asagiri, Nene Romanova, and Linna Yamazaki, these women stand as the city's last line of defense, eliminating any rogue Boomer that threatens MegaTokyo.
