Blue Reflection Ray - S01

Human emotions sometimes manifest as flowers called "Fragments." A rare few with particularly strong Fragments can become "Reflectors," individuals who wear special rings to link their thoughts, memories, and emotions with those struggling with unstable feelings. There are two kinds of Reflectors-those with blue rings, who protect people from falling into despair by safeguarding their Fragments, and those with red rings, who stop negative emotions by taking the Fragments of those consumed by sorrow. Ruka Hanari, a shy and introverted transfer student, longs to connect with others but struggles to overcome her own hesitations. One day, she accidentally crosses paths with a woman who drops a blue ring in her haste. Unable to return it, Ruka takes the ring back to her dorm, where she meets the cheerful Hiori Hirahara, another blue-ringed Reflector. As they face repeated clashes with red Reflectors, the two begin to understand the real significance of the rings they carry. Now determined to become Reflectors themselves, Ruka and Hiori must learn to cooperate and grow stronger-not just to help those around them, but to free themselves from the emotions that keep them trapped.
