Blue Miburo - S01
青のミブロ , The Blue Wolves of Mibu
Nio Chirinu, an orphan, finally finds a home working as a waiter in his adoptive grandmother’s restaurant. But his peaceful life is shattered when he and his sister Iroha are used as bait in a sting operation to catch child abductors-carried out by Toshizou Hijikata and Souji Okita, members of the notorious ronin group known as Miburo. After the incident, Toshizou offers Nio a place in Miburo to help protect Kyoto. Driven by frustration over his own weakness, Nio trains hard to keep up with the swordsmanship of his new comrades. Yet he faces resistance from Tarou Tanaka and Hajime Saitou, the other young members of Miburo, who remain distant. To earn their trust, Nio must forge his own path of justice and grow strong enough to stand against all who oppose him.
