Blue Exorcist - S01

Demonic activity has surged worldwide, fueled by the Illuminati's corruption. To counter the growing threat, the Vatican moves up its annual Exorcist Certification Exam, aiming to recruit as many new exorcists as possible. Lewin "Lightning" Light, one of the Vatican's strongest exorcists, arrives at True Cross Academy to prepare students for the exam. His effortless skill in exorcism catches the attention of Ryuuji "Bon" Suguro, who had lost his drive to continue studying. Surprisingly, Lewin takes Bon under his wing as an apprentice. Meanwhile, as the crisis deepens, twin brothers Rin and Yukio Okumura are sent to find the missing exorcist Shura Kirigakure. She appears to be bound by a decades-old contract with an immortal demon hiding in Aomori Prefecture's treacherous, snow-covered mountains.
