Bloom Into You - S01
やがて君になる , YagaKimi, Eventually, I Will Become You
Yuu Koito has always loved the idea of romance-the stories in shoujo manga, the words in love songs. She imagined the day someone would confess their feelings to her, how her heart would finally take flight. But when a classmate declares his love for her at their junior high graduation, she feels nothing but emptiness. It dawns on her: she knows what romance is supposed to be, but she can’t actually feel it. Now in high school, Yuu is still unsettled, unsure how to answer her admirer. Then she sees the student council president, Touko Nanami, gracefully turning down a confession of her own. Drawn to Touko’s poise, Yuu asks for advice-only for Touko to confess to her instead. Caught off guard, Yuu finds herself drawn into Touko’s world, unknowingly beginning a journey to understand the emotion that’s always slipped through her fingers.
