Best Student Council - S01

Randou Rino is a flighty girl with a head full of empty thoughts and a talking puppet on her hand. Despite her apparent lack of skills, she somehow gets admitted into the prestigious Gokujou all-girls school-and even stranger, she’s quickly welcomed into the elite Gokujou Student Council, an organization with more influence and business dealings than most major corporations. As she settles into her new role, she forms friendships with the council’s exceptionally capable members, leaving everyone to question why someone like her, with no obvious talents, was ever selected in the first place.
