Ayane's High Kick - S01

Ayane Mitsui dreams of turning pro as a wrestler, training tirelessly for a chance to face her idol, Manami Toyota, at the All-Japan Women's International Championship. But when she fails her tryout for All-Japan Pro Wrestling, her hopes are crushed. That is, until a man claiming to represent an indie promotion spots her potential and recruits her. She soon learns he’s actually Kunimitsu Tangay, a seasoned trainer. Excited for a fresh start, Ayane assumes she’ll be learning strong style wrestling-only to be stunned when Kunimitsu signs her up for a kickboxing match instead. Though she has no real love for the sport, she refuses to back down, determined to prove herself no matter the challenge.
