After the Rain - S01

Akira Tachibana is a quiet high school student and former track athlete who hasn’t been able to run like she used to after a serious foot injury. Though popular among her classmates, she pays little attention to the boys at school. While working part-time at the Garden Cafe, Akira starts falling for the manager, 45-year-old Masami Kondou, despite their age difference. Kondou’s gentle and caring nature-though some see it as a weakness-draws her to him. As they spend more time together at the cafe, her feelings deepen. Wrestling with these emotions, Akira decides to confess, but what will come of it?
