9-nine- Ruler's Crown - S01

High school student Kakeru Niimi is volunteering at an anime convention to support his city when a sudden earthquake strikes. In the chaos, he stumbles into a shrine and witnesses a strange relic breaking. The next day, his classmate Miyako Kujou-who was cosplaying at the event-expresses fears that the earthquake has cursed her, but Niimi dismisses her concerns. His skepticism fades when he realizes people across the city have begun developing supernatural powers-some of whom are using them for harmful ends. Niimi isn’t powerless, though; Miyako, his sister Sora, and the aloof Noa Yuuki have also awakened to abilities of their own. Together, they must work to protect their hometown and uncover the truth behind these strange events before things escalate further.
