Tokyo's Tomobiki Town is home to Ataru Moroboshi, a shameless flirt who spends his days chasing after girls-until Lum, the stunning princess of an alien Oni race, declares her love for him. Despite her fierce electric shocks, Ataru refuses to change his ways, leading to endless chaos. Around them, a colorful cast stirs up trouble: Shinobu, the sweet girl next door; Sakura, the graceful shrine maiden; Lum’s mischievous friends Oyuki, Benten, and Ran; the meddling monk Cherry; Ten, Lum’s bratty little companion; the arrogant rich kid Shutaro Mendo; and the rough-edged Ryunosuke. It’s a wild, unpredictable romp where love and laughs collide.
