Toward the Terra

In the future, humanity lives in a tightly controlled society that appears perfect on the surface, but the government crushes anything that might disturb the peace. When 14-year-old Jomy starts questioning how things are run, he draws the attention of both the authorities and the Mu-an exiled people with psychic powers who have resisted the government for generations. Now both sides are after him: one wants him dead, the other wants to protect him.
