Rinka Urushiba is an ordinary high school student whose life takes a strange turn when she sees a penguin and shimmering fish floating in the sky. After blacking out, she wakes up with the ability to pass through solid objects. She might have dismissed it as a hallucination if not for Kyotaro Azuma, who saw it happen-and who can teleport himself. Together, they resolve to use their newfound abilities to stop those who might wield similar powers for harm.
