Shunsuke Aoba is eager to start at his new school, but when he rushes there on his first day, he realizes it’s actually a holiday-no one else is around. Just as he settles in to eat lunch alone, he meets Natsumi, another student who also came by mistake. Shunsuke shares his food with her, and the two begin talking. Natsumi is what some call an "SL girl," a girl who stands out for her unusual height. While she’s come to terms with being different, many of her classmates haven’t accepted her. Now, Shunsuke must decide how he feels about her and whether their chance meeting will turn into a lasting friendship.
