The Familiar of Zero
Louise Françoise Le Blanc de La Vallière has such a lengthy name and such weak magic abilities that her classmates at the Tristain Academy of Magic mockingly call her "Louise the Zero." Her embarrassment only grows during a crucial second-year exam when she somehow summons Saito Hiraga, an ordinary boy from Tokyo.
