The Case Study of Vanitas
In 19th-century Paris, a young vampire named Noé discovers the legendary Book of Vanitas in the possession of a human. This man, who calls himself Vanitas, claims to be a doctor and wields the book’s power with a bold promise: he can "cure" vampires of their curse. Noé is wary of Vanitas’s motives, but as the two form an uneasy alliance, he wonders if he has any other choice. The partnership is risky, but the potential reward-or ruin-may be too great to ignore.
