Stand by Me Doraemon
Nobita Nobi is a lazy, unathletic elementary school kid who never puts effort into anything. He’s timid, clumsy, and constantly bullied, and his poor choices even doom his descendants to struggle. His great-great-grandson, Sewashi, decides to fix this by traveling back in time. One day, Nobita is stunned when Sewashi emerges from his desk drawer with a blue robot cat named Doraemon. Sewashi forced Doraemon to come along, tasking him with improving Nobita’s life. But when Doraemon sees how hopeless Nobita is, he tries to return to the future-only for Sewashi to lock him in the past. Now stuck, Doraemon reluctantly helps Nobita using incredible gadgets from his seemingly bottomless pocket. But can he really turn Nobita’s life around and earn his own freedom?
