Servant x Service

Three very different people find themselves working as civil servants in the city of Mitsuba. Lucy Yamagami, a stern and determined woman in the Welfare Administrative Section, sees the job as a way to get revenge on a fellow employee. Yutaka Hasebe, a carefree and flirtatious man assigned to the Welfare Department’s First Section, plans to slack off and enjoy himself as much as possible. Meanwhile, Saya Miyoshi, a recent college graduate in the Welfare Department’s Second Section, just wants to survive her first job without too much trouble. Their supervisor, Taishi Ichimiya, has worked there for eight years but still has no idea how to manage them properly. Despite his cluelessness, he treats them as fellow civil servants and urges them to work tirelessly for the city’s residents. The story follows their daily struggles-navigating bureaucracy, handling office romances, drowning in paperwork, and serving as the public’s favorite targets when frustrations boil over.
