Ryu the Primitive Boy

When Ryuu is born, his tribe tries to sacrifice him to a Tyrannosaurus called Shirano due to his unusual skin color. A monkey rescues him and raises him as her own. At the same time, Ryuu's mother leaves the tribe to search for him. Sixteen years later, Ryuu meets a girl named Ran, who was sold to his former tribe. The tribe, furious to see him alive, attempts to sacrifice him again-this time by burning him. Before they can succeed, Shirano attacks, slaughtering the tribe and killing Ryuu's adoptive mother. Now, Ryuu and Ran set out together to find his mother and her brother, Don.
